We provide best solutions, not lowest prices. If you are looking for absolutely low-ball pricing, look at Radio Shack or your local musician supply place. They will be happy to take your money.

We listen to you, figure out what your needs are and base our solution on what you tell us. We always try to find the best "bang for the buck" on every solution we propose. Given the economy these days, everybody wants the most they can get for the money they can spend.

Sometimes that means we can re-use existing equipment or procedures. Sometimes it means starting from scratch. Most times it ends up being some combination of new and old.

Because nearly everything we do is custom designed, we don't have a fixed price list. There are too many variables to predict in advance what a project will cost without talking with you first.

We have a lot of experience, we pretty much know what something should cost. We have pricing guidelines and work with you on that basis.

We would love to be able to read your mind and shoot you an iron-clad proposal just from what you tell us on the phone or by email.

Realistically, we will usually need to take a drive to your location to see for ourselves exactly what is going on and probably make some measurements.

Be assured that there will never be any surprises, as everything we propose and agree to will be in writing or via email. You don't like surprises, neither do we.
